£50 MILLION WATER DIVERSION LEADS TO BUCKINGWAY LETTING
Robinson Layer has let a business unit at Buckingway Business Park for activity linked to the £1.5 billion A14 improvement scheme.
The accommodation of 1,762 sq ft will house a major contractor involved in the re-alignment of some 16.5 kilometres of water pipelines and related services - the cost of which are estimated at £50 million - along the route of the new highway.
Mark Robinson of the agents Robinson Layer said: “We had barely placed the unit on the market when it was snapped up. Located alongside the current A14, it is well positioned for the proposed water engineering works.”
