High Street Ely Sale

Robinson Layer has concluded the off market sale of 7 - 9 High Street, Ely to Topping & Company Booksellers.  Nick Brammar of Robinson Layer, who acted for the vendor, commented '"Toppings, a long established tenant at 9 High Street, have shown their commitment to Ely with the acquisition of their premises and the adjoining 7 High Street to facilitate expansion of their retail offer in the city.  This demonstrates the ongoing positivity around the retail sector in Ely."
