LAW FIRM MERGER INCREASES SPACE NEED
CB4Law on Milton Road has merged with Family Law Group, a law firm specialising in family law with offices across the Midlands and Home Counties.
As well as retaining existing CB4Law staff, the merger will create job opportunities in the local area with additional roles being created for administrative and legal staff.
The merged firm has expanded the space it occupies to the whole of 10 Milton Road, totalling 1098 sq ft on ground and first floor.
Jonathan Lager of the agents Robinson Layer said: “We have negotiated a new five year lease for the whole of the premises at a rent of £17,000 per annum for the ground floor and £12,000 for the first floor - £29,000 in total. Located at the Mitcham’s Corner end of Milton Road, this is a location which has grown in popularity in the past two years as developments have taken place nearby.”
Simon Matthews, who founded CB4Law some 19 years ago, commented that the merger and transformation under the Family Law Group branding and infrastructure will be hugely beneficial to both the firm and its clients.
“We have grown the firm organically over the years with a team of committed professionals, and moving forward as Family Law Group will offer our clients a wider range of family law services and expertise, whilst maintaining the highest client and service values, which has made us such a success,” he said.
