QUARTET OF MILTON ROAD SHOP DEALS
The corner of Milton Road and Arbury Road has seen a flurry of lettings activity in recent weeks and the last of four shop units has now been let to a home and garden business.
Jonathan Lager of Robinson Layer said: “This end of the Milton Road parade of shops has been a bit underwhelming – but we have now let units to a flooring firm and a dry cleaners plus this latest trade. And on the corner of another agent has just let a unit to …..
“Our latest letting at 1A Arbury Road provides a lock up shop unit of 483 sq ft, which now complements the butcher, greengrocer and hairdresser already located in the small parade.
“We have seen high demand from small businesses for suburban shop units around Cambridge and in other towns in the region. There is a spirit of entrepreneurship which defies the scepticism about Brexit.”
