WOODLAND WISHES CASTS A SPELL ON FULBOURN
Robinson Layer has let a retail unit in Fulbourn High Street to Woodland Wishes, who specialise in environmentally friendly, natural burials.
The firm was founded by Tracey O’Leary who said: “"Woodland Wishes are an alternative, independent Funeral Directors offering natural burial and cremation services.
“As a local family to Fulbourn ourselves, we are delighted to be able to offer the local people a high street premises where they can pop in at any time to chat about funeral options.“
Jonathan Lager of Robinson Layer said: “We let the building to the former tenant, Lu Lu Fashions and Alteration, who ran a successful upmarket vintage and preowned clothes business.
“We had strong interest shown in the shop and, indeed, received three good offers very soon after the marketing started. As a result, we were able to swiftly agree a transaction resulting in only a two day void between the old lease expiring and the start of the new lease - ensuring continuity of income for our client, the landlord.”
