Robinson Layer Completes Sale of Lincoln House to Lead Care
Property consultancy Robinson Layer has successfully completed the sale of Lincoln House, Station Court, Great Shelford, to Lead Care, a growing home-care provider serving communities from Hitchin and Royston through to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The transaction marks a further investment by Lead Care in expanding its regional footprint and strengthening its ability to deliver high-quality domiciliary care services across the East of England.
Lincoln House, located in the well-connected Station Court area of Great Shelford, will provide Lead Care with a strategically positioned operational base to support its continued growth and service delivery.
Steven Harvey of Robinson Layer added:
“This deal demonstrates the continued strength of the market, with occupiers increasingly looking to acquire their own buildings to provide long-term operational certainty and control over occupational costs.”
Lead Care continues to grow its presence across the region, providing essential at-home care services that enable people to live independently in their own homes.
