Sweet warehouse sale in Soham
Robinson Layer have concluded the sale of Cumberland House, a 20,000 sq ft industrial office building on the well-established Regal Lane industrial area of Soham for Dietary Foods Ltd.
Cumberland House was previously home to Sweet n Low artificial sweeteners in the pink packet that are popular all over the world.
The property consisted of a warehouse, industrial and office areas as well as potential land for further development.
Robinson Layer achieved the asking price of £1,000,000.
