REGIONAL BUILDING GROUP TAKES COTTENHAM UNIT
Robinson Layer has signed up Foster Property Management for an 1,160 sq ft unit at Cottenham’s Brookfield Business Centre.
Foster, whose main office is in Wisbech, delivers property services to local authorities and public and private buildings across East Anglia and the East Midlands. It is part of the Lakehouse Group which employs more than 2,300 people across the UK.
Mark Robinson of the agents said: “This is a modern industrial/warehouse unit situated on the northern edge of Cottenham, approximately nine miles north of Cambridge. The former tenant installed four offices and a kitchen in the unit totalling 810 sq ft, with low-height mezzanine storage over, retaining a full height workshop/storage of 350 sq ft. Foster, however, is planning to totally refurbish the unit to provide office accommodation for some 15 people.”
