An 8,500 sq ft trade warehouse and office space will be available in October on Newmarket’s popular Studlands Park Industrial Estate through agents, Robinson Layer.

The outgoing tenant Sika has occupied the building since 1999 when Mark purchased the building for his client and then let it to Axson, which was acquired by Sika some years ago.
Sika is a Swiss based group producing specialty chemicals for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing and protecting in the building sector and motor vehicle industry. There are subsidiaries in 100 countries around the world in over 300 factories. Sika employs more than 25,000 people and generated sales of 8.1 billion Swiss Francs in fiscal year 2019.
